Local municipal offices have a great impact on our day-to-day
lives. Have you ever thought of running
for your local school board, village board, or another position? You can make a difference.
Now is the time to act. The
general election for municipal offices is April 2, 2019, which means that the petition
signature season is almost upon us. First
date to start collecting petition signatures (depending on the position) is
August 27 (for positions that have a primary on February 26, 2019) and
September 18 (for positions that have no primary).
